    Oh man! I’ve been doing peripheral expansion more and more, and it’s easier and easier to do!

    It really empties my mind, and calms my mood. It’s sooooo powerful. : )

      Peripheral vision is one of my favorites! It’s so adaptable. You can do it anywhere and it’s so effective. Great way to get a quick R&R or to go deeper into a hypnotic state.
